KENDAL AAC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

On request we have re-introduced the Kendal AAC club Championships along the following lines:

1.     There will be a separate Ladies� and Men�s Club Championships

2.     The Club Championship events will be two road, two fell and two cross country.

3.     Four events to count, one from each category (road, fell, cross country) and one other

4.     If anyone does five or more the best four will count.

5.     Scoring will be 20 points for the first Kendal counter in each category down to one point for the 20^th Kendal counter

6.     There will be no separate vet categories

7.     Those competing will have to run in the Senior category of the Mid-Lancs Cross Country races.

 The events are:

Road

1.      Bendrigg 10k - Saturday 12^th June 2004, 2 pm  N.B. Entries taken on the day!

2.      Derwent Water 10 mile Keswick- Sunday 7^th November 2004

Fell

1.      Hutton Roof - Saturday 29^th May 2004, 2:30 pm, from Hutton Roof Village Hall near Kirkby Lonsdale. Category BM (7m/1300�). �3 on the day only. Further details John Dickinson, The Homestead, Hutton Roof, Carnforth LA6 2PG. Tel: 015242 71929

Two Mid-Lancs League fixtures � dates/venues to be confirmed

We hope you will support the events, please note that the first event Hutton Roof is at the end of May. There will be a further mail out in the early autumn confirming details of the later races. We are open to further suggestions for future Club Championships.
