FOOT AND MOUTH UPDATE

The Foot and Mouth disease is still very much restricting training and competition in the area.

13/10/01 Scouts Scar Area is now reopen!!!! The grass has recovered during our enforced absence! 

Please be aware that some of the footpaths through fields and farms at the edges are still closed please use your noggins and  don't go anywhere you are uncertain about. It would be a shame now to create bad publicity after such a long time. Why not drive around the roads first to make sure the access points you want to use are open or go to the tourist information office : Town Hall Kendal
