Athletes need to compete in six races from the twelve below to count. At least one cross country, one road and one fell plus any three others. If an athlete completes more than six races, the best six will count. All races take place in the 2010 calendar year and allow for entry on the day, with the possible exception of Great Cumbrian Run depending on entries. There are separate competitions for ladies and men. All athletes must be fully paid up, competing, first claim members of Kendal AAC. The points system will be 20 points for the first club counter down to 1 point for the 20th club counter. The highest aggregate wins. There are no separate vets categories. Please note that the first event takes place this month at Hyndburn on 13th February.
